The DNM series has just sold more than 30,000 units worldwide and is a global product in the Dean machine tool product line. The DNM series has a wide range of models, allowing you to easily find the DNM product that suits your workshop.
A machining center with the largest machining space in its class that can provide a wide range of machining.
The new DNM series requires the same installation area as previous models, but has a larger table, longer Y-axis travel and maximum table load.
Direct-drive spindle as standard for increased productivity.
Direct-drive spindles reduce vibration and noise compared to belt-driven spindles, thereby improving machining performance and the working environment.
High-speed spindles with high torque can meet the needs of workpiece materials.
Higher productivity is achieved by reducing tool change time and improving acceleration/deceleration time of all axis feed systems.
This machine is designed with environmental protection in mind and features stable processing and convenient operation.
Thermal error compensation is standard, which improves the machining accuracy of the machine by reducing the influence of thermal displacement caused by long-term operation. The EOP (Easy Operation Packet) function can be checked in the pop-up window of the NC main screen to facilitate machine operation.
Grease lubrication is adopted for roller guides of each axis to reduce pollution to the operator's working environment.
