Designed to compete in the global market, the DNX series is designed for high-end multi-tasking operations (complex machining).

The new “DNX” series name shares the “DN” brand with the company’s best-selling DNM and DNT models, signaling continued success. The “X” represents multi-axis capabilities, emphasizing its position as a high-end product.

The DNX series (DNX 2100SB, DNX 2100S) aims to make multi-tasking machines more accessible. These machines combine complex turning and milling operations into a single setup, eliminating the need to transfer workpieces between machines, resulting in simplified and more stable processes. This reduces downtime due to setup changes and machine movements, and simplifies automation integration, significantly increasing productivity.

For example, a DN Solutions customer in the Netherlands, who manufactures motorcycle parts, saw a 12-fold increase in annual production after implementing a multi-tasking machine. Despite the growing popularity of multi-tasking machines, small metalworking companies with limited resources were hesitant to invest due to the high cost. However, the DNX series offers high-end multi-tasking capabilities at an affordable price, giving small businesses new opportunities in advanced manufacturing.

New Corporate Identity

DN Solutions has also reimagined its corporate identity with the DNX series. The DNX machines have a completely new look, featuring smooth curves on the machine outline and spindle covers, which is different from previous models. Combined with the dark metallic silver base color, this expresses the futuristic value of the product. The company's signature color "DN Blue" is used to highlight the logo, product name, front door and control panel. The lower part of the front door also features a "DN Blue" backlight, evoking the color of the Earth from space, symbolizing the advanced technology that drives humanity in the future of space exploration.

IMTS and AMB Exhibitions

From September 9 to 14, DN Solutions will exhibit 13 products and solutions, including the DNX 2100SB and the 5-axis DVF 5000 with a new design concept, at IMTS 2024 in Chicago, the world's largest machine tool exhibition. At the same time, DN Solutions will also exhibit 8 products and solutions, including the DNX 2100S, at AMB 2024 in Stuttgart, Germany, the largest local exhibition in Europe.
