Horizontal machining center “FF-1250H” best suited for machining aluminum die castings in one piece 

The FF-1250H is a horizontal machining center designed for mass production machining of large and complex aluminum die castings, such as those expected to increase in the future.

Equipped with a tilting rotary table that can load large workpieces, process integration is possible through multi-faceted machining with a single chuck, even for workpieces with complex shapes. In addition, the use of a #50-class spindle enables efficient machining of large-diameter, heavy tools, and special-shaped tools.

The machine will be exhibited at the 32nd Japan International Machine Tool Show (JIMTOF2024).
