The first vertical machining center “VCN-460 HDCC” using in-house mineral castings 

VCN-460 HDCC is a vertical machining center that is ideal for machining precision parts and mold parts, using mineral castings, which have excellent characteristics such as high vibration damping performance as a material.

A high-torque spindle with a speed of 12,000 rpm is standard, and a high-speed spindle with a speed of 18,000 rpm is optional. In addition, we also offer an ATC-supported motor spindle as an option for high-precision finishing of mold machining, and have prepared spindle specifications that are most suitable for machining precision parts and mold parts.

The machine will be exhibited at the 32nd Japan International Machine Tool Show (JIMTOF2024).
